VENTURE IN ENTERPRISES is the overarching organization currently consisting of two foundational subsidiaries: The foundational subsidiary businesses are Venture in Leadership and Venture in Mentoring.

 

Leveraging 36+ years of military, government-civilian and business leadership, our purpose is to optimize small to medium businesses in urban settings through the introduction, identification and implementation of leadership practices, and strategic planning. Our purpose also includes providing mentorship opportunities to the youth, specifically for boys ages 8-17 in urban communities.
